Gentlemen and Gentlefolk 

We now are running a fitness session every Wednesday during the summer, this is to continue every week so that we meet together and also so the rust does not build up to much over the long summer months of cider and sleep deprivation. It is open to everyone whether you are a member of the squad spouse or from a different club we would love you to join us.

So Gentleman the fitness summer programme will read like this;

Week 1. 100 to 1 – calisthenics that change
10 to1 – mix of exercises and sprints

Week 2. Cardio focus/ distance, sprints, timed and tested running

Week 3.  Agility, stamina and strength games/ change up of normal routine such as swimming, ultimate frisbee, touch rugby, 5 a-side football and many other sports to break up the fitness.

Fitness is at 7 until 8 at the meadows next to the pavilion. When the nights get lighter feel free to bring gloves and sticks to have a pass about after run club

Would be great to see more people coming down and getting involved.
